1. Only Races in the list are available
2. For Saiya-Jins: Max SSJ4 no SSJ5 or whatever
3. For Saiya-Jins: Saiya-Jin can count as half/quarter Saiya-Jin too
4. For Humans: Humans can become androids
5. No Dragon/Kai/Kaioshin unless you have permission from Me and Nasisorico
6. Follow these rules or face a ban from the RPG
7. None yet
